norelem has expanded its range with modular fixating systems for measuring technology. They ensure reliable and precise measurement results by optimising the positioning of test specimens. In automation, precise measurement technology is crucial to ensure product quality through continuous monitoring of measurement and test data. With this flexible modular solution, norelem sets itself apart from the competition.
Fixating systems help to hold test pieces securely and with repeat accuracy using the lowest possible clamping force. norelem deliberately differentiates itself from clamping technology here and ‘only’ refers to fixating systems, as significantly lower forces are required to set up even complex systems. The standardised modules enable rapid setups by constantly changing measuring tasks in e.g. labelling, laser and dispensing technology, handling and the foodstuff industry.
For one-off fixation and recurring measuring tasks
norelem has various solutions for current measuring technologies in its programme: Fixtures for tactile measurement of parts on coordinate measuring machines , for optical measuring methods as well as surface and contour measurement, and also, on request, for other methods.
norelem offers a wide selection of combinable standard modules , including basic holders, add-on modules, manipulation units and clamping elements. The uniform interface enables them to be precisely secured and reassembled again and again to form new fixtures - a resource-saving and cost-effective solution.In addition, all measuring points can be accessed in one clamping process.
Simply assemble, disassemble and reuse
Clamping component sets are also available for coordinate measuring machines, surface and contour measurement as well as for optical measuring methods. The sets consist of a predefined selection of products, but they always include basic, add-on and clamping elements. This enables simple and complex clamping and measuring fixtures to be constructed and dismantled easily and workpieces to be rapidly clamped. The wear-resistant, maintenance-free components can always be adapted to new test tasks and therefore reused without re-calibration. The new quick-change pallet system also enables setups to be made outside the optical measuring equipment.
