You can trust gas springs from norelem for controlled raising, sinking, braking or holding machine and plant parts in position. The ready-to-install gas springs are reliable, maintenance-free and available in all conventional standard sizes. In addition, the pneumatic springs are individually adapted to your specific load requirements.
At norelem, the customer decides the correct pressure. Our own automated filling and testing station enables us to supply you with gas springs set to your desired specific pressure. In this way it is exactly matched to the respective application. The customer can depend on reliable quality and receives a ready-to-install product specially adapted to their requirements. A filling valve integrated as standard enables the pressure to be subsequently reduced if necessary.
The uses for gas springs are as diverse as individual applications can be determined. Wherever hatches, hoods, windows or doors are adjusted, opened or closed, the versatile damping mechanism facilitates or supports the movement and braking of loads.
Our universally applicable gas springs find use primarily in machine and vehicle construction, but also in the furniture industry or even in the sports and leisure sector. They provide the force evenly and require little space.
Stainless steel models are particularly corrosion-resistant and are suitable for demanding applications, e.g. for use in medical technology or the foodstuff industry.
Gas springs are compact, hydro-pneumatic, self-contained adjustment elements which are filled with compressed nitrogen, and a defined amount of oil for end position damping and lubrication. They are absolutely maintenance-free over their entire lifespan.
