Note
These hinges have integrated damping. This enables doors and hatches to be gently opened (Form A) and closed (Form B). In addition, the hinges are equipped with a lift-assist mechanism that facilitates opening doors and hatches.
The hinges are suitable for horizontal and vertical applications.
The direction of the damper is indicated by the arrow in the drawing.
The opening angle is limited to 115° to avoid damaging the damping system.
A faster opening or closing of the doors or hatches must not be forced, as this can damage the damper.
Damping torque from 1.7 to 2.5 Nm.
The spring torque varies depending on the item.:
Opening spring torgue for 27910-8215000: M(180°) : 2.7 Nm / M(65°) : 3.69 Nm.
Opening spring torgue for 27910-8215001: M(180°) : 1.45 Nm / M(65°) : 2.29 Nm.
Closing spring torgue for 27910-8215010: M(0°) : 2.68 Nm / M(115°) : 3.65 Nm.
Closing sppring torgue for 27910-8215011: M(0°) : 1.45 Nm / M(115°): 2.28 Nm.
